Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, execute, and follow up on monthly payroll processing.
• Handle certification and reporting obligations, including communication with health insurance companies, social security institutions, and official authorities.
• Serve as the primary contact for employees regarding payroll inquiries.
• Accurately prepare monthly and yearly financial closings.
• Independently generate reports and bring clarity to payroll figures.
• Maintain and update personnel master data diligently.

Candidate Profile

• Completed commercial vocational training, preferably supplemented by further education in payroll accounting.
• Several years of practical experience in payroll management, ideally within the construction industry.
• Familiarity with construction payroll systems or other allowances and collective agreements.
• Confident and structured use of payroll software systems.
• Meticulous, organized, and discreet working style combined with strong communication skills and service orientation.
