HR Officer

About the Role

Nord Anglia Education is seeking a Human Resources Officer for Etqan Global Academy located in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will provide essential support for HR operations, ensuring a well-organized, compliant, and effective HR function that aids school leadership and promotes staff wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily execution of HR processes throughout the school environment.
• Maintain thorough and compliant employee records, both digital and physical.
• Draft employment contracts, amendments, renewals, and related official documents.
• Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, including coordinating visa-related paperwork when necessary.
• Manage recruitment activities from start to finish, including processing candidate documentation and preparing offer letters.
• Collaborate with the Finance department to submit monthly payroll inputs and oversee employee benefits administration.
• Provide frontline employee relations assistance, referring complex or sensitive issues to the HR Manager.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Possesses 4 to 6 years of experience in HR, preferably in education or similarly regulated sectors.
• Has strong familiarity with the labor laws and employment regulations of Qatar.
• Experience handling payroll processes and working with HR information systems.
• Exhibits strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Communicates confidently with school leadership.
