HR Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our Human Resources team at Vijay Sales in Bengaluru. This role involves managing comprehensive HR operations and supporting the team in various employee lifecycle activities to ensure seamless HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, selection, negotiations, documentation, and onboarding processes.
• Conduct training sessions including induction and orientation for new hires alongside other training initiatives.
• Handle day-to-day HR operations such as employee relations, grievance management, coordination, tracking, reporting, and documentation using Excel.
• Cooperate with Mumbai branches on transfers, leaves, absenteeism, line management issues, corrective actions, and counseling.
• Monitor new joiners’ weekly offs, work timings, and gather feedback from managers.
• Update absenteeism reports and follow up with respective branches.
• Oversee administrative HR tasks including employee verification, data updates, and leave management according to approvals and applications.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably within the retail sector.
• Graduate-level education or higher.
• Strong communication and problem-solving capabilities.
• At least 5 to 6 years of experience in HR operations or employee lifecycle management.
• Person-oriented and driven by results to foster positive workplace relationships.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary ranging between INR 70,000 and INR 100,000.
