Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee comprehensive HR functions for the KSA business unit, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, and compliance.
  • Manage onboarding and exit formalities for employees smoothly and efficiently.
  • Assist recruitment efforts, participate in workforce planning, and coordinate mobilization of newly hired personnel.
  • Handle full visa and immigration processes such as work/business visa applications, Iqama issuance and renewals, transfers, exit/re-entry visas, liaising with governmental bodies and service providers.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance and payroll teams for timely and accurate monthly payroll input.
  • Address employee inquiries, resolve grievances, and manage workplace issues effectively.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention strategies, and support learning and development programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee files, contracts, and all HR documentation.
  • Ensure all processes are compliant with Saudi Labour Law and internal company policies.
  • Administer employment contract lifecycle, including preparation, issuance, renewal, amendment, and digital documentation via Qiwa.
  • Coordinate with Government Relations on platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, Iqama, and related visas and work permits.
  • Manage employee medical insurance registration and benefits administration.
  • Support compensation and benefits administration ensuring fairness and policy consistency.
  • Assist in performance management processes, and management of promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.
  • Holding professional HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or PHRi is advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and employment regulations within KSA is essential.
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in HR roles, with at least 3 years serving as an HR Manager or similar leadership position.
  • Proven track record in rapidly expanding and fast-paced organizations is a plus.
  • Practical expertise in executing onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, and overall HR operations.
  • Experience working with KSA government platforms including Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and Muqeem is required.
