Synergy Innovation is seeking lively and driven Junior HR Recruiters to expand its recruitment team based in Greater Noida West.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize various recruitment channels and job portals to source potential candidates.
- Assess and shortlist candidates who meet the job criteria.
- Organize and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Keep detailed records of candidates and interview outcomes.
- Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets set by the organization.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong communication skills in Hindi with basic proficiency in English.
- Education qualification ranging from Graduate to MBA or MBA in HR preferred.
- Open to freshers and applicants with less than one year of relevant experience.
- Ability and willingness to work at the office location in Greater Noida West.
- A positive mindset and eagerness to learn new skills.
