About the Role
Synergy Innovation seeks a confident and dynamic Telecaller to join and support our recruitment team based at the Greater Noida West office. This position involves active engagement with candidates to facilitate hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential candidates.
- Clearly communicate job opportunities and descriptions.
- Identify candidates who show interest and gather required details.
- Arrange interview schedules for shortlisted applicants.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates.
- Meet assigned daily targets for calls and candidate interactions.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficient in Hindi communication with basic knowledge of English.
- Comfortable and confident in making outbound calls.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Open to fresh graduates.
- Must be willing to work from the Greater Noida West office location.
Compensation and Benefits
The role offers a fixed monthly salary between 10,000 and 15,000 INR, complemented by attractive incentives based on performance.
