About the Role

We are seeking motivated Associate Partners and Senior Associate Partners to join a leading life insurance company focused on the agency channel within Delhi-NCR locations, specifically Karol Bagh, Dwarka, and Barakhamba. This opportunity is open exclusively to female candidates. Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, lead, and expand a team of insurance agents and advisors.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective agency channel strategies.
• Conduct training programs to enhance agents' product knowledge and sales capabilities.
• Boost team productivity and overall performance continuously.
• Ensure activation and sustained retention of advisors under your leadership.
• Develop and execute business growth plans tailored to the agency channel.
• Maintain stringent adherence to quality sales standards and compliance requirements.
• Follow regulatory directives and company policies diligently.
• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate seamless operations.
• Establish and nurture strong customer relationships, ensuring high service quality.

Candidate Profile and Experience

Candidates should bring relevant experience in insurance agency operations, APG, tied agency models, or similar sectors like telecom and FMCG. The compensation package ranges from 450,000 to 700,000 INR annually.
