Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Business Unit and Recruiting Manager to fulfill all open hiring requirements efficiently.
- Identify and utilize the best platforms to source appropriate candidate profiles.
- Create and update job descriptions and specifications to target suitable candidates.
- Screen resumes and applications assessing candidates' knowledge, technical abilities, soft skills, experience, and aptitude.
- Conduct interviews employing reliable recruitment and selection techniques to identify the best-fit profiles.
- Adopt and implement HR recruiting best practices.
- Ensure all open positions are filled within the designated timeline.
- Perform background and reference checks on prospective employees before extending offers.
- Maintain contact with candidates post-offer to secure their conversion into full-time employees.
- Serve as a key point of contact, fostering strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Uphold the highest standards of work ethics and professional integrity.
- Manage payroll operations including Employee State Insurance (ESI) and Provident Fund (PF) processes.
- Address employee-related legal matters concerning labor issues.
- Handle interactions and compliance with the labor department.
