Job description

Role Overview

The HR Business Partner will closely monitor the business unit's pulse to enhance operational effectiveness by evaluating team structures, workflows, and processes. Collaborating with leadership and teams, the role aims to foster productive work relationships, boost morale, nurture company culture, and improve retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze workforce-related data to detect patterns and propose actionable improvements in performance, retention, and employee experience.
  • Interpret and communicate data analytics to provide insightful business guidance.
  • Provide expert advice on HR policies ensuring smooth implementation of people practices and programs within the business unit.
  • Manage organization-wide initiatives like performance appraisals and rewards/recognition schemes.
  • Contribute to formulation of the HR Strategic Business Plan and oversee its execution.
  • Develop annual engagement programs reaching out to employees’ families and alumni.
  • Oversee HR operations including management information systems, reporting, and payroll inputs.
  • Stay abreast of industry-leading HR practices and introduce innovative programs to establish thought leadership in HR.
