Role Summary and Responsibilities
- Design and implement standardized attendance protocols, including scheduling, sign-in/sign-out rules, and other related policies for DS personnel across all locations.
- Oversee adherence to these attendance policies by monitoring compliance, identifying discrepancies, and working closely with site managers and HR teams to initiate corrective measures.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for DS staff on attendance procedures, operational standards, system functionalities, organizational policies, and workflow requirements.
- Maintain and analyze attendance dashboards to detect recurring issues and lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency and performance.
