We are looking for a full-time HR Business Partner for the Services sector in Saudi Arabia to join our passionate and motivated team. This role offers a significant opportunity to influence organizational effectiveness through strategic HR alignment and partnership.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR advice and counsel to business units on diverse human resources matters.
• Understand the business’s operational needs deeply and develop tailored HR strategies and actions to support them effectively.
• Ensure organizational adherence to relevant policies, legal requirements, and regulations, supporting management with compliance and HR issues.
• Oversee recruitment activities including workforce planning, sourcing, candidate assessment, and onboarding processes.
• Drive employee development initiatives such as coaching, performance management programs, training, and implementing development plans, while monitoring performance indicators and managing budgets responsibly.

Candidate Profile

• Open only to Saudi nationals.
• Possess a university degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Studies, Social Science, or Economics; an MBA with HR specialization is desirable.
• Have notable experience or understanding as a Generalist in HR management encompassing all HR practice areas.
• Accumulate approximately 10 years of HR experience in a comparable industry or organizational environment.
• Demonstrate influence and resilience skills, especially in working within a matrix organizational structure.
• Possess professional knowledge of employment law, managing redundancies, payroll administration, and employee relations.
