HR Business Partner

Position Overview

Join our vibrant Human Resources team as a HR Business Partner, dedicated to supporting Amazon's Fulfillment Centers located in Jandakot and Kewdale, Western Australia. Primary Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and mentorship to front-line leaders to enhance their people management capabilities
• Champion the utilization of self-service HR tools among associates and leaders
• Implement initiatives that nurture a positive culture focused on excellent employee relations, inclusion, and communication
• Collect and analyze relevant data to guide informed people-related decisions
• Drive continuous improvement by sharing best practices and insights with other fulfillment teams
• Promote mechanisms for actively gathering employee feedback to enrich the associate experience
• Work collaboratively with internal teams such as Finance, Payroll, and Legal to ensure effective HR operations

Key Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience as a human resource business partner or a combination of operations and HR roles
• Proven expertise in coaching and influencing with the ability to foster trust at all organizational levels
• Competence in using data and metrics to identify trends and shape HR strategies
• Capability to manage multiple priorities across several locations simultaneously
• Strong understanding of Australian employment laws and workplace relations
• Experience handling confidential and sensitive HR information responsibly

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced operational settings, preferably within warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing sectors
• Previous experience supporting hourly wage workers
• A bachelor's degree or its equivalent
