Job Overview
We seek a detail-oriented and proactive HR and Admin Officer to oversee daily HR functions and manage office administration effectively. The role involves coordinating with employees, supporting recruitment processes, handling attendance and leave records, managing documentation and payroll preparations, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily HR operations and employee communication.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding formalities.
- Maintain personnel files, HR documents, and employee records diligently.
- Draft and issue employment-related documents like offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation and experience letters.
- Track and update attendance, leaves, late arrivals, and absenteeism.
- Address HR queries raised by employees and managers.
- Gather and verify onboarding documents during employee induction.
- Prepare monthly payroll inputs covering attendance, leave, incentives, deductions, and new hires.
- Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure timely salary processing.
- Assist in employee engagement, performance reviews, appraisals, and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain records relating to staffing changes, resignations, full and final settlements, and exit formalities.
- Ensure communication and adherence to HR policies and company procedures.
- Support compliance with statutory regulations such as PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and TDS.
- Manage office administration, including facilities, supplies, and maintenance coordination.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers, maintaining documentation and vendor records.
- Monitor office expenditures and maintain administrative paperwork.
- Handle office correspondence, courier services, and general documentation.
- Maintain inventory and company assets records.
- Coordinate meetings, employee events, and other internal activities.
- Ensure the office environment remains clean, safe, and organized.
- Carry out any additional HR or administrative duties assigned by management.
