Job description
Role Overview
The Houseperson plays a vital role in ensuring swift response to guest and departmental requests. This position requires diligent monitoring and reporting of maintenance concerns in public spaces and guest rooms to maintain an impeccable environment.
Key Duties
- Receive linen supplies delivered via floor shoots.
- Keep housekeeping carts well-stocked and organized.
- Remove trash collected by room attendants promptly.
- Conduct floor walks at shift start and end to collect newspapers, newspaper bags, trash, and soiled linens.
- Retrieve clean linen and replenish linen supplies in each floor pantry to maintain par stock.
