Role Overview
The Houseperson at Home2 Suites by Hilton in Ashburn, VA plays a key role in supporting the housekeeping team by ensuring public areas remain clean, assisting with room turnovers, and maintaining supply levels. This position contributes directly to a seamless guest experience and efficient daily operations.
Key Duties
- Keep hallways, lobbies, and other public spaces tidy and presentable at all times.
- Support Room Attendants by delivering linens and managing trash removal tasks.
- Ensure housekeeping carts and supply closets are fully stocked.
- Attend promptly and courteously to guest requests.
- Report any maintenance concerns and adhere to all established safety protocols.
- Conduct floor walks at shift start and end to collect newspapers, trash, and soiled linens.
