Housekeeping/Laundry Aide

About the Role

Avir Health Group is looking to add a committed Housekeeping/Laundry Aide to our team. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized environment in strict accordance with federal, state, and local rules. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing the comfort, independence, and quality of life of our residents by delivering outstanding housekeeping and laundry services. We welcome walk-in candidates at any time.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the facility to promote a healthy and safe environment.
• Adhere to all applicable regulations while performing housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Support residents’ independence and comfort through thorough cleaning and laundry services.
• Contribute positively to facility culture by working collaboratively with families and team members.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Preferably have prior experience working in nursing homes.
• Must have at least a High School Diploma or GED; higher education is a plus when relevant.
• Experience in healthcare or long-term care settings is advantageous.
