About the Role
Avir Health Group is looking to hire a dedicated Floor Tech to maintain cleanliness and safety within their healthcare facilities. This role focuses on ensuring the facility environment complies with all relevant regulations and fosters a supportive culture for residents and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep the facility orderly, clean, and safe following federal, state, and local regulations.
- Support and contribute positively to the facility's team environment and culture.
- Assist in fostering a family-oriented, resident-focused atmosphere.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in nursing homes or similar healthcare environments is preferred.
