Role Overview

Join the Ritz-Carlton family as a full-time Housekeeping Supervisor dedicated to ensuring exceptional guest experiences and fostering a cooperative team atmosphere. This non-management position involves overseeing cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and floors, managing teams including third-party room attendants, and leading housekeeping projects while adhering to Ritz-Carlton comfort and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect guest rooms for cleanliness, completeness, and proper functionality.
  • Maintain the neat and pristine appearance of designated floors.
  • Coordinate and give instructions to room attendants, including those from external companies.
  • Lead and manage housekeeping-related projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all Ritz-Carlton and hygiene protocols.

Candidate Profile

  • Completed vocational training in hospitality is preferred.
  • Substantial professional experience in housekeeping.
  • Prior experience in a similar supervisory role.
  • Proficient in German and excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Warm, friendly demeanor with outstanding hospitality skills.
  • Strong commitment, team-oriented mindset, and a service-focused attitude.
  • Ability to assert authority appropriately and demonstrate responsibility.
  • A passion for hospitality and meticulous attention to detail.
