Job Overview
The Deep Cleaning Supervisor is tasked with overseeing and coordinating daily deep cleaning activities at various customer premises. This role involves managing the cleaning staff, assigning tasks efficiently, ensuring punctual attendance, and upholding strict standards of service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and supervise daily deep cleaning operations at customer sites.
- Manage and allocate duties among the cleaning team members.
- Ensure timely presence and attendance of the cleaning workforce.
- Maintain high-quality cleaning standards according to company guidelines.
- Monitor proper and safe utilization of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and materials.
- Communicate regularly with customers to understand their specific service requirements and address routine queries.
- Verify completion of all assigned cleaning tasks and monitor team performance and safety compliance.
- Prepare and relay work progress updates, photographic evidence, attendance records, and service completion reports to the office team.
- Promptly inform management about any complaints, delays, additional work needed, or other operational issues.
