About the Role

As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Hilton in Doha, Qatar, you will play a vital part in ensuring the hotel maintains impeccable cleanliness and operational excellence. This role is centered around supporting the Housekeeping Department by supervising floor operations, managing housekeeping staff performance, and facilitating room cleaning processes to provide guests with the highest quality experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth functioning of the assigned hotel floor, ensuring all operations meet established standards.
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of housekeeping attendants.
• Coordinate daily room allocations and deep cleaning tasks among team members.
• Ensure guest rooms, corridors, and service areas on the floor are impeccably clean.
• Inspect occupied and departure rooms with attention to guest needs and preferences.
• Organize prompt responses to guest requests, including VIP amenities, in coordination with senior housekeeping management.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest bedrooms and public areas to uphold cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Manage lost and found procedures efficiently and report maintenance concerns to the Maintenance or Engineering departments.
• Assist with training housekeeping staff and maintaining records of damages and follow-up actions.
• Uphold hotel security, fire safety, and health regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with other departments to support hotel operations and maintain positive working relationships.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by hotel management to ensure operational success.
