Role Overview

The position of Housekeeping Supervisor is a full-time, on-premise role located in Bhopal. The individual in this role will be responsible for directing daily housekeeping operations, allocating responsibilities, and supervising cleaning activities to ensure adherence to hygiene and safety protocols. This role entails managing housekeeping personnel, facilitating laundry processes, and addressing client or guest requests promptly with professionalism. Additional duties include inspecting rooms and public areas, managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and generating basic reports concerning staffing levels, cleanliness, and maintenance requirements. The supervisor will also be involved in staff training, enforcing safe practices, and fostering a customer-centric service environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership capabilities in supervising housekeeping teams and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Knowledge and experience in laundry operations to effectively oversee handling and cleaning of linens.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills vital for interacting with clients, guests, and management.
• Background in facility management, hospitality, or housekeeping supervisory roles is advantageous.
• Ability to work physically on-site in Bhopal, including shift management and active task execution.
• Familiarity with safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures alongside knowledge of cleaning equipment and materials.
