Job Overview

Pallavi Enterprises Private Limited is seeking dedicated Housekeeping Staff to keep its factory environments clean, safe, and hygienic. This role involves maintaining various factory premises in Mumbai, Maharashtra, including floors, corridors, offices, washrooms, canteen, and other common areas.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform sweeping, mopping, and cleaning of specified areas following the daily housekeeping schedule.
• Clean windows, doors, furniture, workstations, and assigned locations to maintain a tidy environment.
• Sanitize washrooms, ensuring they are well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Collect and dispose of rubbish appropriately according to the factory's waste management procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness around production zones, storage, laboratory, and utility spaces without disrupting ongoing operations.
• Immediately notify supervisors of any spillages, leaks, flooring damage, unsafe conditions, or hazards related to housekeeping.
• Properly handle cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, and equipment as per guidelines.
• Keep cleaning tools and materials in good working order.
• Adhere strictly to factory safety protocols, personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines, and hygiene standards.
• Ensure cleanliness is sustained during and post work shifts, as well as when visitors, audits, or inspections occur.
• Assist in specialized cleaning tasks during audits, plant shutdowns, maintenance periods, and factory events.
• Take directives from the Housekeeping Supervisor, Administration, or Factory In-charge.
• Maintain punctuality, discipline, and professional demeanor consistently.

Compensation

This position offers a monthly salary range between 10,000 and 15,000 INR.
