Job Overview
Join as a Factory Worker in the production department of a chemical company specializing in paint color manufacturing. The role involves working in a three-shift system with an 8-hour duty per shift. Immediate joining is available with no registration or joining fees.
Responsibilities
- Support production activities within the paint color manufacturing process.
- Work assigned shifts as per company schedule within the production department.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary between ₹15,707 (in-hand) and ₹20,160 (gross).
- Additional earnings through attendance bonuses, overtime pay which is optional but available.
- Provident Fund (PF) contributions credited monthly to your PF account.
- Employees and their family members covered under Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) benefits.
