Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping professional to join our team based in Greyville, KwaZulu-Natal. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring that the branch environment is maintained in a consistently clean, hygienic, and orderly state.

Responsibilities

• Wear the official Hollywoodbets uniform and maintain personal hygiene according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the branch, including the car park, before opening, during service hours, and after closing.
• Perform sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming of floors and walls.
• Collect and dispose of refuse appropriately; empty, wash, or sanitize bins and replace liners.
• Clean toilets thoroughly and maintain cleanliness of tables, counters, chairs, TV screens, furniture, lighting fixtures, and equipment prior to work commencement.
• Keep service areas neat and tidy during busy and quiet periods.
• Use cleaning chemicals and detergents properly and safely as prescribed.
• Request replacement cleaning fluids and worn equipment such as mops, brooms, and dusters from management as needed.
• Report any breakages promptly to the Branch Manager.
• Clean branch air conditioning filters on a weekly basis.
• Maintain tables and chairs in the gaming areas, checking seat covers for wear and requesting replacements as necessary.
• Adjust table legs to prevent wobbling and report any issues with tabletops or edges that require refurbishment.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping.
• Matric certificate is considered an advantage.
