Job Overview

As a Housekeeping Staff member, also referred to as "Pronto Pro," your primary duty is to provide swift, dependable, and top-quality domestic cleaning and home care services directly at clients' residences. This role involves working in hourly cleaning sessions with a focus on detailed hygiene and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine and deep cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, wiping, and sanitizing various living areas, furniture, windows (inside), and fixtures.
• Provide specialized cleaning for specific areas including bathrooms, kitchens, kitchen cabinets, balconies, and both interior and exterior appliance surfaces like refrigerators.
• Assist in kitchen-related chores, including utensil washing, basic food preparation like chopping, wardrobe organization, thorough cleaning, folding, and ironing clothing.
• Perform quick, event-related cleaning either as pre-party tidying or post-party morning cleanup, often at short notice.
• Manage and utilize cleaning tools, equipment, and chemicals responsibly, adhering strictly to safety and standard protocols.
• Report any damages, ongoing maintenance issues, safety concerns, or missing items promptly to management or via the designated application.

• Possess strong physical endurance to perform repetitive movements, lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Exhibit excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to accomplish service tasks efficiently within hourly segments.
• Demonstrate knowledge in handling cleaning chemicals, operating equipment safely, and following proper safety measures.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and urgent service calls.

Salary

This position offers a monthly compensation ranging from 25,000 to 50,000 INR.
