Job Overview

A Housekeeping Staff member, also known as "Pronto Pro," is responsible for providing prompt, dependable, and high-quality domestic cleaning and home services directly at clients' residences. The role involves managing hourly cleaning assignments, specialized room care, laundry assistance, and light kitchen duties while ensuring excellent hygiene standards and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general and deep cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, wiping, and sanitizing living areas, furniture, interior windows, and fixtures.
• Perform comprehensive cleaning of specific areas, including bathrooms, kitchens, kitchen cabinets, balconies, and both interior and exterior parts of appliances like refrigerators.
• Support kitchen operations by washing utensils, preparing simple ingredients like chopping, and manage wardrobe upkeep by sorting, cleaning, folding, and ironing clothes.
• Provide event-related cleaning services such as quick pre-party tidying or thorough post-party cleanups on short notice.
• Maintain and safely use cleaning tools, equipment, and chemical supplies in compliance with standard safety guidelines.
• Promptly report any damages, maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items to management or via the designated app.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Open to candidates of all educational backgrounds, including entry-level and experienced individuals.
• Possess strong physical endurance for repetitive activities, heavy lifting, bending, and prolonged standing periods.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills, keen attention to detail, and efficiency in handling hourly task slots.
• Have familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
• Be willing and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and urgent service requests.
