Housekeeping Staff

Overview

The position of Housekeeping Staff, referred to as "Pronto Pro," involves delivering prompt, dependable, and high-quality on-demand domestic cleaning and related home services directly at clients' residences. The role primarily consists of performing hourly cleaning tasks, specialized room care, laundry duties, and basic kitchen support, all while upholding high hygiene standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general and deep cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, wiping, and sanitizing living areas, furniture, interior windows, and fixtures.
• Perform thorough cleaning duties focused on specific zones like bathrooms, kitchens, kitchen cabinetry, balconies, and appliance interiors and exteriors including refrigerators.
• Provide assistance with kitchen chores such as washing utensils, basic food preparation including chopping, as well as managing wardrobes through sorting, comprehensive cleaning, folding, and ironing.
• Offer express cleaning services for events, including pre-party tidying or prompt post-party morning cleanups as needed.
• Manage cleaning supplies, equipment, and chemical products safely while adhering to prescribed guidelines.
• Report any damages, pre-existing maintenance concerns, safety risks, or missing articles swiftly either to management or through the designated application.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Open to candidates across all educational backgrounds, welcoming fresh entrants as well as those with prior experience.
• Must possess substantial physical endurance able to sustain repetitive motions, lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills, acute attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently handle tasks scheduled by the hour.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, usage and maintenance of equipment, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Willingness and capacity to work flexible shifts, including weekends and urgent cleaning visits.
