Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Housekeeping Runner to assist our housekeeping team in upholding top cleanliness and guest satisfaction standards at Anantara Downtown Dubai.
Key Duties
- Assist Housekeeping Attendants by distributing guest amenities, linens, and other supplies efficiently to designated areas.
- Ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly while maintaining high service quality.
- Help prepare and restock housekeeping trolleys and related materials.
- Transport linen, guest laundry, and various housekeeping items as needed.
- Keep storage spaces and service corridors clean and well organized.
- Alert supervisors about maintenance issues, lost and found, or guest concerns.
- Adhere strictly to hotel policies, health & safety regulations, and hygiene protocols.
- Offer courteous and professional assistance to both guests and team members.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality roles is favored.
- Effective communication abilities and a positive demeanor.
- Capacity to collaborate well within a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a readiness to support daily housekeeping operations.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced luxury hotel setting.
