Role Summary

The Housekeeping Manager leads the department ensuring efficiency aligned with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards, while fulfilling the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all housekeeping operations covering guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house non-kitchen areas.
• Manage laundry and dry-cleaning services, including hotel linen, staff uniforms, and guest laundry.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related discipline.
• Have between 3 to 5 years of advancing experience in housekeeping, including supervisory or managerial roles.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of housekeeping processes, cleaning protocols, and hygiene standards.
• Proven experience managing sizable teams within the hotel or hospitality sector.
• Exhibit strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building capabilities.
• Adept at budget control, inventory management, and overseeing linen, uniforms, and cleaning materials.
• Possess keen attention to detail with a firm commitment to upholding high cleanliness standards.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to professionally address and resolve guest issues and complaints.
