In this role, you will be the welcoming face ensuring every guest enjoys a remarkable dining and drinking experience that leaves lasting positive impressions. You will be committed to delivering consistent and outstanding guest service while supporting the efficient functioning of the outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and receive guests at the hotel’s restaurants and pool areas with a warm and professional attitude.
• Provide exceptional service to elevate guest experiences, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Manage cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
• Oversee the inventory management of the outlet to support smooth service operations.
• Assist other service team members as needed to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess a relevant degree or diploma specializing in Hospitality or Tourism Management is preferred.
• Have a minimum of two years’ experience working in hotel operations or a similar hospitality setting.
• Demonstrate a personable and engaging style that reflects the restaurant concepts and enhances guest interactions.
