At Andaz Doha, the Learning & Development Officer is tasked with fostering employee growth and professional enhancement by identifying training needs and organizing educational programs. The role involves maintaining comprehensive training documentation and assessing the success of learning initiatives. Collaborating with department heads, the officer aims to advance skills, boost employee performance, and ensure adherence to mandatory trainings.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related disciplines.
• At least two years’ experience in training, learning and development, HR, or comparable roles.
• Deep understanding of educational principles and training techniques.
• Exceptional abilities in presentation, facilitation, and communication.
• Competence in crafting, organizing, and conducting motivating training sessions.
