Job Overview
Join the Hilton Hotels team as a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor, playing a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences through attentive supervision and management of housekeeping operations. This position focuses on maintaining impeccable cleanliness and service standards while fostering a warm hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the housekeeping team by providing training, preparing schedules, and supervising members to maintain high cleanliness and quality benchmarks for guest rooms.
- Carry out regular inspections of checkout rooms, conduct surprise spot checks in occupied rooms, and oversee the cleanliness of service areas, storage spaces, and hallways to confirm compliance with maintenance standards.
- Liaise with maintenance departments by promptly reporting any facility issues or repair requirements and ensuring timely resolution.
- Organize and oversee periodic deep cleaning and special housekeeping projects to uphold hotel standards.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and housekeeping equipment, guaranteeing adequate stock levels and proper upkeep of tools.
- Deliver outstanding guest service, attending specifically to VIP guests and fulfilling special requests to enhance the stay experience.
