Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests, assisting with arrivals and departures, delivering luggage, and acquainting guests with their rooms and amenities.
• Handle guest luggage with care, ensuring proper retrieval, transport, organization, and storage following hotel protocols.
• Provide guest transportation by operating hotel vehicles as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of bell carts and workspaces to uphold equipment standards.
