Housekeeping Floor Porter

Role Overview

We are seeking a Floor Porter to become an integral part of our Housekeeping team at Rosewood London. The role primarily involves assisting in the upkeep of guest areas and housekeeping storage spaces, along with fulfilling various guest requests. This full-time position encompasses about 40 hours weekly, typically across five days.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and prepare necessary supplies in the pantries to meet daily demands.
• Support the floor supervisor and housekeeping team to provide an attentive, polished, and seamless service experience.
• Maintain guest rooms, floors, public spaces, fire exits, stairwells, service areas, and storage rooms consistent with hotel standards.
• Communicate progress updates promptly via supplied communication devices.
• Handle guest requests promptly and effectively.
