Housekeeping Coordinator (Arabic Speaker)

Imagine brightening someone’s day with every action you take. As a Housekeeping Coordinator, you play a vital role in ensuring the upkeep and cleanliness of the hotel’s public spaces, while delivering memorable hospitality experiences that create lasting positive impressions for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily housekeeping activities while assisting the Executive Housekeeper.
• Keep the room status current within the OnQ Property Management System.
• Delegate housekeeping duties and communicate room priorities to attendants and supervisors effectively.
• Receive guest requests, log them accurately, and ensure timely execution and follow-up.
• Collaborate with the Front Office team to prioritize preparations for arrivals, departures, VIP rooms, and early check-ins.
• Report maintenance needs to the Engineering Department and monitor issue resolution until completion.
• Maintain precise household records including lost and found items, linen stock, and daily housekeeping reports.
• Handle telephone calls professionally, responding to internal and external inquiries.
• Identify room discrepancies and work closely with Front Office to resolve them promptly.
• Create daily productivity, occupancy, and housekeeping status reports.
• Ensure adherence to Hilton brand standards, hotel policies, and health and safety regulations.
• Support training and onboarding of new housekeeping team members on procedures and OnQ system usage as needed.
