Housekeeping Attendant

Job Overview

Salayel Hospitality is looking for a meticulous and committed Housekeeping Attendant to ensure the cleanliness, hygiene, and attractive presentation of guest rooms and communal spaces. The role aims to support a safe, cozy, and inviting atmosphere for guests that aligns with the hotel's brand values and operational protocols.

Key Duties

• Perform cleaning and servicing of guest quarters, bathrooms, halls, and public zones according to daily work plans
• Replace bed linens, towels, and replenish guest supplies regularly
• Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and room presentation at all times
• Promptly notify maintenance needs, lost & found items, and respond effectively to guest requests
• Observe health, safety, and sanitation policies, including safe chemical use
• Operate housekeeping tools and materials in a safe and resourceful manner
• Comply with internal SOPs, quality assurance criteria, and sustainable operational practices
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure efficient daily housekeeping operations

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in housekeeping roles within hotels or hospitality settings is advantageous
• Understanding of cleaning protocols, chemical products, and equipment use
• Good physical condition to stand, walk, bend, and lift items over long periods
• Strong attention to detail with effective time management capabilities
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Basic proficiency in English communication
• Positive, dependable, and cooperative team player attitude
