Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and professional Barber to provide high-end grooming services within an exclusive hospitality setting. This position demands outstanding personal grooming, discretion, and superior service to cater to VVIP and prominent guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert barbering such as haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and personalized grooming consultations.
• Create tailored grooming experiences according to the unique preferences of each guest.
• Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and sanitation requirements following UAE regulations.
• Prepare and maintain all barber tools, equipment, and work areas to luxury standards.
• Advise guests on appropriate hair and grooming products.
• Interact with guests professionally, courteously, and with confidentiality.
• Efficiently manage scheduling and appointments with punctuality.
• Keep current with contemporary barber techniques, styles, and trends.
• Follow Salayel Hospitality's grooming standards and service protocols.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Barber in upscale salons, hotels, or premium establishments.
• Possession of professional barber certification or applicable training is favored.
• Outstanding grooming, presentation, and communication abilities.
• Proficient knowledge of both traditional and modern men’s hairstyles and grooming methods.
• A strong customer service focus combined with meticulous attention to detail.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience serving VVIP or elite clientele is beneficial.
