Role Overview

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be a key contributor to the upkeep and presentation of the hotel’s public spaces, guest areas, and back-of-house linen management, ensuring that the high standards expected by guests are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily linen department operations.
• Ensure cleanliness and impeccable presentation of public zones, hallways, and back-of-house areas.
• Assist room attendants with linen deliveries, waste disposal, and restocking guest amenities.
• Support the arrangement and dismantling of function rooms and events.
• Maintain housekeeping storerooms, equipment, and trolleys to be clean, organized, and safe.
• Address guest requests promptly and maintain professionalism while supporting hotel colleagues.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or damaged property immediately.
• Use housekeeping equipment responsibly and in line with hotel safety guidelines.
• Contribute positively to hotel operations through teamwork, flexibility, and a proactive approach.
• Consistently deliver tasks efficiently without compromising quality standards.
• Exemplify leadership by fostering a positive and customer-focused environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Effective organizational and time management abilities.
