Job Overview
Join Hilton's dedicated team as a Housekeeping Associate and play a vital role in delivering outstanding hospitality experiences. Your attention to cleanliness and guest satisfaction will brighten every guest's stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure assigned guest rooms are immaculate by making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and conducting deep cleaning when necessary.
- Replenish essential items such as bed linens, towels, and guest amenities promptly.
- Handle the housekeeping supply cart, maintaining and transporting it efficiently throughout daily shifts.
- Respond courteously and swiftly to guest requests, enhancing their overall experience.
- Properly dispose of waste and recyclables in designated areas to maintain cleanliness and safety.
Qualifications and Requirements
- At least one year of experience in housekeeping, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Physically fit to perform demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Professional and polite interaction skills with guests.
- Efficient task completion within designated time limits.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with housekeeping and other hotel departments.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Basic proficiency in English; additional languages advantageous.
- Knowledgeable about cleaning agents and safety protocols.
