About the Role

New Hall Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels, seeks an energetic Housekeeping Assistant to join their team in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham. This permanent, full-time position offers a starting wage of 3 per hour plus service charge and excellent colleague benefits. Employees work five days out of seven, including weekends, totaling 40 hours weekly on a rotating schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure guest rooms and public areas are cleaned meticulously and presented immaculately, meeting the highest luxury standards.
• Replenish premium towels, toiletries, and arrange room refreshments such as select teas, coffees, and biscuits with care and attention.
• Conduct self-inspections of rooms and collaborate effectively with team members to maintain consistent excellence and comfort.
