Role Overview

The Kitchen Porter supports smooth kitchen operations by maintaining hygiene, assisting chefs, and ensuring all kitchen areas and equipment meet the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. This full-time, permanent role involves working five days per week on a rotating schedule that includes weekends, contributing to the delivery of exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene throughout kitchen areas, including dishwashing and equipment cleaning.
• Ensure cooking utensils, equipment, and service items are clean, organized, and ready for use at all times.
• Support chefs by assisting with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
• Manage waste disposal in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Adhere strictly to food hygiene regulations and health and safety policies.
• Assist with stock organization and the handling of deliveries to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
