Role Overview

This full-time, on-site Housekeeper position is based in Sakumono, Greater Accra Region. The selected candidate will be responsible for cleaning and organizing guest rooms and communal areas, managing laundry operations, replenishing essentials, and helping to maintain the hotel's impeccable hygiene and presentation standards. Working collaboratively with the team to provide excellent customer service is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and order in hotel rooms and shared spaces.
• Perform laundry tasks efficiently to ensure guest needs are met.
• Restock guest amenities and supplies as needed.
• Support the upkeep and maintenance of the property.
• Work cooperatively with staff to foster a welcoming environment for guests.

Qualifications and Skills

• Competency in laundry procedures and keeping spaces tidy and organized.
• Strong communication abilities and a customer service-oriented approach.
• Excellent organizational aptitude with keen attention to detail.
• Willingness to engage in training activities relevant to the role.
• Capability to perform duties both independently and as a team member.
• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is advantageous.
• Educational attainment: Senior High School graduate or holding a Diploma/Degree.
