Chef & Reservation Executive

Job Overview

This role combines responsibilities as a Continental & Chinese Chef alongside serving as a Reservation Executive. The position requires expertise in preparing specific cuisines and managing booking operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Chef Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of Continental and Chinese cuisine dishes.
• Ensure consistent quality, excellent taste, and appealing presentation of all food items.
• Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness and adhere to food safety regulations.
• Oversee inventory of ingredients with careful portion control while minimizing food wastage.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen personnel during service hours.
• Contribute to menu planning and assist in the creation of new dishes.

Reservation Executive Duties

• Handle booking confirmations, alterations, and cancellations accurately.
• Keep comprehensive and up-to-date reservation records.
• Liaise with the Front Office and other departments to facilitate smooth communication.
• Follow up on provisional and pending reservations to secure bookings.
• Provide guests with detailed information regarding rates, policies, and other relevant details.
• Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring efficient and hassle-free booking processes.
