Role Overview and Benefits

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms and public areas to meet company standards
- Ensure rooms are supplied with clean linens, bedding, and towels
- Follow all enforced safety and security protocols within the hotel
- Maintain familiarity with hotel facilities, staff, services, operational hours, and nearby amenities such as malls and restaurants
- Stock rooms with essentials including soap, tissues, and drinking glasses
- Identify and report any guest belongings found, following hotel lost and found procedures
- Perform additional tasks as directed
Education and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED

- Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently

Additional Information and Hiring Process
The recruitment procedure may include telephone and managerial interviews, drug screening, background and reference checks, and potential employment assessments. This position is tip-eligible.
