Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms and public areas to meet company standards
• Ensure rooms are supplied with clean linens, bedding, and towels
• Follow all enforced safety and security protocols within the hotel
• Maintain familiarity with hotel facilities, staff, services, operational hours, and nearby amenities such as malls and restaurants
• Stock rooms with essentials including soap, tissues, and drinking glasses
• Identify and report any guest belongings found, following hotel lost and found procedures
• Perform additional tasks as directed

Education and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

Additional Information and Hiring Process
