Housekeeper

Overview

Whisperwood Nursing & Rehab is looking for a committed Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors in our Lubbock, TX facility. This role requires steadfast reliability, strong work ethics, and the ability to thrive in a busy setting while working cooperatively with others.

Key Responsibilities

• Thorough cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and communal areas including dusting, mopping, polishing, and disinfecting surfaces.
• Management of supply levels by replenishing paper goods, soap, and other necessary items regularly.
• Creating a friendly atmosphere by interacting politely and respectfully with residents, visitors, and staff members throughout the day.

Candidate Requirements

• Physical capability to endure extended periods of standing, walking, and lifting.
• Strong organizational skills, dependability, and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a hectic environment.
• Compassionate and attentive towards elderly and disabled individuals.
