Company Profile

Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms and public spaces adhering to company standards
- Ensure rooms are replenished with fresh linens, towels, and necessary toiletries
- Follow all prescribed safety and security protocols
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel staff, services, operating hours, and nearby facilities such as malls and restaurants
- Restock rooms with essential items including soap, tissues, and drinking glasses
- Identify and report any items guests may have left behind using the hotel's lost and found procedures
- Undertake additional duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
Skills and Abilities
- Capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative team player attitude
- Commitment to exceeding guest expectations
- Understanding of cleanliness standards in hospitality
Additional Hiring Information
The selection process may include phone and on-site interviews with management, a drug screening, background and reference checks, and possibly an employment assessment. This job is eligible for tips. Detailed compensation and benefits will be discussed during the interview. Paid time off is available according to company policy.
