Role Overview

The Knaresborough Inn, situated dramatically above the River Nidd, offers a rich historical ambiance alongside relaxing riverside walks and vibrant local shopping. As a Housekeeper, you will be an essential member of the team responsible for maintaining immaculate rooms and public spaces, ensuring guest satisfaction by exceeding cleanliness standards and swiftly addressing maintenance needs.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms adhering to high cleanliness standards.
• Maintain the tidiness and welcoming atmosphere of public areas.
• Promptly report any maintenance issues discovered during cleaning.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines during all housekeeping activities.
• Effectively manage stocks of linen, towels, and guest room supplies.
• Collaborate with the team to foster a positive and efficient work environment.
