Role Overview

This full-time position, operating Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, involves ensuring cleanliness and presentation of common areas and resident rooms across Scape Toowong and St Lucia buildings.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of communal spaces including lounges, theatre, outdoor terraces, gyms, laundries, corridors, and stairwells.
• Foster positive relationships with residents to make them feel comfortable and at home.
• Provide room cleaning services as necessary.
• Assist during open days and building tours.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Has a positive, friendly demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
• Is dependable and takes pride in their work ethic.
• Maintains high standards of cleaning, hygiene, and presentation with meticulous attention to detail.
• Previous experience in housekeeping, room attending, or commercial cleaning is desirable but not mandatory.

Candidates must consent to National Police and Working with Children checks as prerequisites for employment.
