Location and Opportunity
This permanent full-time role is based at Scape Darling Square and nearby locations in Sydney CBD.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Execute interior and exterior painting on special renovation projects and routine maintenance tasks.
- Prepare surfaces meticulously by cleaning, sanding, masking, patching, and applying finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment in line with safety guidelines.
- Maintain independence in managing your workload which includes ordering materials and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Demonstrate pride in workmanship and foster positive interactions with residents and team members.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in painting and decorating within construction or hospitality sectors.
- Strong attention to detail complemented by excellent organizational and time management skills.
