Role Summary

As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining pristine and welcoming accommodations for our guests. You will work as part of a passionate housekeeping team dedicated to ensuring memorable guest experiences through meticulous room cleaning and upkeep of public areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms to high company standards maintaining hygiene and comfort.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of communal areas to create friendly environments.
• Promptly identify and report any maintenance needs or issues encountered.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols throughout cleaning procedures.
• Efficiently manage inventory of linens, towels, and guest room supplies to prevent shortages.
• Collaborate effectively within the housekeeping team to foster a positive work atmosphere.

The role is based at The Kingslodge Inn in Durham, surrounded by tranquil woodland near Flass Vale yet within walking distance of historic Durham city centre, featuring cultural landmarks such as Durham Cathedral and Castle.
